WORKING WITH ME
PROCESS
The HCS process begins with a face to face meeting. If you are not in the Chicagoland area, we can meet via video conference. We’ll talk through your questionnaire, your ideas and vision for the project, your budget, and your timeline. After this meeting, we will outline an estimate for your invitations, and a contract. We'll meet one more time to go through all the final details and make sure all questions are answered. As soon as we receive your signed contract and a deposit, we get to work!

PRICING
It’s best if we can begin the process about 6-8 months before your wedding date. Typically, we like to spend 1-2 months in the design phase. Production can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending on what printing methods your invitations require. (Digital printing only takes about 1 week, while letterpress, foils, and specialty methods can take 3-4 weeks.) If you have a question about a specific project you’d like to start, please feel free to email us.
Since everything we do here at HCS is custom, we do our best to stay within your specific budget. There are endless amounts of possibilities when it comes to putting together an invitation suite and it all depends on how we can best tell your story. In most of the case studies you see on this site, my brides have spent between $1,500 - $2,500 on their invitation suites. But fear not brides on a budget! A set of 100, one-pager invitations can run as low as $200.
